We choose the best strictly high grown beans, handpicked with utmost care and processed with the defining properties of the best coffee from Nicaragua. Our signature blend is a perfect balance between the Parainema Variety and the H1 Central America Beans both from the Arabica Coffee Family. The coffee has a very soft pallet taste, with the rich aftertaste and aroma that is characteristic of a great strong coffee brew. We chose a medium coarse grind which will nearly always result in the best attainable cup of coffee by any home coffee maker. While having the opportunity to grind the beans to you own liking is great, sometimes having a hassle free, ready to make coffee is the best option. We always recommend using a paper filter during the preparation to ensure the richest flavor outcome, though reusable filters should also work just as good.
